The Power of Choice: A Yoga Series for Stress & Trauma

- An opportunity to notice your bodily sensations and signals, and to explore movement choices related to what you feel.
- A space to notice how stress may show up in your body and to observe how it may shift through movement and rest.
- An invitation to make decisions about how and whether to move, and to notice the impact of those choices over time.
- An exploration in navigating overwhelm and finding what works for your body. What to expect:
- No demonstrations
- No hands-on adjustments
- No expectations to performAbout the Closed Group:

Your presence contributes to the shared space, just as the group supports your individual experience.
What Participants & Practitioners are Saying:
"Denisha's calm, clear instructions delivered through the TCTSY model creates an environment that wonderfully balances offering support with inviting autonomy, allowing for personal choice making." -CC, Somatic Practitioner
"Denisha's teaching is accessible to anyone, and especially supportive for those who might feel uncomfortable in typical yoga classes. Her thoughtful language, gentle pacing, and emphasis on choice create a sense of safety that allows the healing potential of movement to emerge. As a trauma-informed practitioner, this is exactly the kind of class I've been wanting to refer my clients to." -KG, Somatic Practitioner
"Denisha led a wonderful, gentle yoga class that I could follow with ease, even though I am a beginner yoga practitioner. Her warm style invited us to experiment with movement in a way that felt safe and could be easily modified as needed." -LJ, Psychologist
